We rang late on Thursday evening, it was Easter weekend and we had no heating or hot water. Josh was so helpful on the phone, trying to get our boiler working over the phone so we wouldn’t need an Engineer to call out .. he was trying to save us money. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the boiler working and did need an Engineer to call out. I would highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate calling them if required in the future!
